Being a perfectionist, I am all about being the best at everything I can. That means having the best, healthiest body I can have, which means putting the best things inside it. In my book, a healthy body means a healthy mind, and this is where I plan on bringing those two together.
Optimal choices = optimal health. If I could do nothing but run, sleep, and eat peanut butter I would, but unfortunately handling my body simply isn't that easy. :)
